What can we do together?

As Business Analyst with strong Scrum experience and knowledge, you’ll be part of the Marketing Team.

You’ll be responsible for the constant developing and improving, of a Sales & After Sales application used at European level.

What will you do?

• Designing and planning features and preparation internal and external refinement
• Planning development activities and prioritisation with the development team
• Facilitate and drive requirements clarification with team
• Improve quality on feature development and reduce potential rework (reducing the number of potential change requests)
• Bug items resolution follow-up across different stakeholders
• Assure the quality of new features releases via some KPIs (ex: number of bugs in UAT vs number of incidents post release)
• Improving the quality of the daily activities in a Kaizen mindset
• Support team health reducing the number of unplanned ad hoc requests to team
• Monitor and contribute to team KPIs achievement (test coverage, work item age, team velocity, sprint goal success rate…)
• Documentation and visualization master: making presentations to both stakeholders and developers and provide consistent requirements documentation
• You support development teams for introducing and establishing agile processes, in particular Scrum
• Assist and support product owners and engineers to create and organize the backlog
• You support the organisation on applying scaled agile frameworks for continuous collaboration and transparency
• Close collaboration with the development team and the different stakeholders involved
• Promote effective communication across the different entities
• Provide the right performance review to your supervisor and the upper management

To succeed

You’ll need to:

• Be fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Fluent in French is an asset
• Knowledge & experience of IT product management
• Proficient with Microsoft office tools
• Knowledge of VSTS, JIRA & JIRA align platforms
• Experience of Scrum methodologies at scale
• Have a Scrum certification is a strong asset
• Experience of business processes analysis
• Experience of business processes mapping
• Basic knowledge of MS Dynamics and Salesforce Marketing cloud is a plus
