SD Worx Staffing Solutions is looking for a Production Management Trainee for a food industry in Mouscron.
This industry launches a Management Trainee Program, for a period of 12 months. During this period, the Management trainee will follow a training program inside different departments and functions in production/Maintenance or quality teams.
During the first month, you will be included in a production department. The objective will be to understand and analyze the production process and line operation.
After a first evaluation, the management trainee will be oriented to production- , maintenance- or quality department.
The goal for each new colleague will be to understand the process and to be able to command each position of the process.
During the program, you will also take part or lead different projects, based on your analyzes and observations (production, process, quality, EHS,…)
After a period of 12-18 months, the management trainee will integrate a position in the organization, in line with your specialization, your expectations.
Profil et compétences
You are an industrial engineer, agrifood engineer or equivalent by experience
You have an analytical mindset
You are problem solving oriented
You have technical bases to work in an industrial environment
You have good communication skills
You speak Dutch and are able to write and speak in English. French is definitely an advantage.
