Looking for a new exciting challenge in an IT Helpdesk role? We have a job for you!

Excel Careers and Excel Interim is a Recruitment Consultancy specialized in administrative support profiles such as receptionists, management assistants, executive / personal assistants, HR assistants, sales and marketing assistants, office managers, customer service, digital marketing officers, etc. We work with companies in a variety of sectors and offer both permanent and temporary contracts.

We are currently recruiting an IT Helpdesk for one of our clients, a company from the legal sector located in Brussels, accessible by public transportation, to provide general IT support to the team/office.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Provide end-user IT support
  • Respond to queries and follow up with users to ensure issue has been resolved
  • Maintain daily performance of computer systems
  • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware, software and peripherals

Profile :

  • First experience in IT support is a plus, young graduates are welcome
  • Degree in Computer Science
  • Fluent in English with a very good knowledge of French
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Technology platforms
  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems
  • Ability to grasp new processes, services and concepts
  • Attention to detail and able to take initiative
  • Team player and strong interpersonal and communication skills
