We are looking for a support desk coordinator to lead our team in Brussels. We like to get to know passionate people who want to improve their skills every day and who are driven to take on challenges.

Description


What’s in a workday?

  • You organise and lead the team that is responsible for the proper functioning of the

Profiles


Your Software

  • You have 3 to 5 years experience as a Support Engineer and have worked with SD Tools.
  • You are familiar with the ITIL methodology and already have an ITIL CDS certificate or
  • You are willing to obtain it within 6 months.
  • You have a thorough knowledge of products and technologies for IT service management and IT infrastructure management.
