Position Description
Concreet zoeken we iemand die zich kan focussen op het sourcennaar supervisors en technische profielen.
Hiervoor kan je onze tools gebruiken om de nodige acties te nemen: searchen in database, linkedinsearch, ...
Daarnaast connecteer je met de geschikte kandidaten en ga je in overleg met de recruiter verantwoordelijk voor deze rollen. Telefonische screenings om een aantal zaken met de kandidaten af te toetsen, kunnen zeker ook tot het takenpakket behoren.
Wie ben jij?
- Je studeert momenteel in een HR gerelateerde studie (bedrijfspsychologie, handelswetenschappen, ...)
- Je bent een doorzetter, dynamisch en daarnaast ben je ook communicatief sterk om kandidaten te overtuigen.
- Je hebt een vlotte kennis Nederlands en Engels
- Je bent 2 dagen per week beschikbaar om te searchen (dagen af te stemmen).
