Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage Accounts Payable: Ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
  • Monitor Transactions: Keep a eye on daily financial transactions.
  • Assist in Financial Closures: Help prepare for monthly, quarterly, and yearly closings.
  • Reconciliation Operations: Perform critical reconciliation tasks.
  • Audit Assistance: Respond to auditors on data, variances, and findings.
  • General Ledger Maintenance: Keep the general ledger up-to-date and accurate.
  • Financial Collaboration: Work with the team on financial analysis.
  • Versatile Back-Up: Be ready to operate as a backup for other accounting functions.
  • Effective Communication: Foster a collaborative work environment by communicating effectively with colleagues from various departments.
  • Involvement in Projects: Take part in various exciting accounting projects.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial policies and regulations.

Job requierements:

  • Degree, just graduated from Accounting, Finances or related field
  • Previous experiences with Accounting
  • English at good level, Dutch, German and France are an advantage
