JUNIOR ACCOUNTING EXECUTIVE M/W/X

We are looking for a Junior Accounting Executive, based in Brussels, to perform a variety of accounting, bookkeeping and financial tasks.

The main responsibilities include keeping financial records updated, preparing reports and supporting with the day to day adminstration of the Finance function.

Responsibilities:

Maintaining the company ledgers updated.

Inputting of invoices

Maintaining the company ledgers updated

Prepare reconciliations

Prepare payments

Statements’ reconciliation

Perform general accounting duties

Prepare monthly VAT declaration, and Assist the team with ad hoc duties.

English & Dutch (both spoken and written) OR English & French

Advanced’ level in accounting and any previous experience in a similar role

Competency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and accounting software

Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports

Accuracy and attention to detail

Aptitude for numbers

Well organized and a teamworker, and Willingness to learn on the job and own processes.
