The job:

• You will be responsible for finding the best salespersons in different countries to join our company by using LinkedIn, job boards, advertisements, ...
• You will screen, challenge and get to know them by asking them the right questions
• Once you’re convinced or their potential, you’ll have to sell them our company, USP’s and the way we work
• After that you will present the candidate to our management and book an appointment
• Follow up the whole process, make the contract and close the deal!

Who are we looking for:

• You have a dynamic & ambitious personality
• Preferably you speak English as well as French or German
• You have a bachelor’s degree
• You find pleasure in speaking to people and understanding their personality
• You have a sales mindset and will do everything to achieve your targets
