About The Job

Join Danone Belux in this exciting graduate role as Junior sales representative and make your first step in the retail world. You will have the opportunity to discover the magic of the retail world by selling promotion, introducing key innovative products, advising store owner on the category vision and for sure having a lot of fun by working in not 1, but 4 Different categories! You manage a portfolio of multiple strong brands (in Drinks-Baby-Dairy and Plant Based category).

At the same time, you will be invited to work on various sales projects.

Examples of main responsibilities we would entrust to you

• Develop and strengthen visibility in a specific geographic region
• Setting the right priorities according to objectives
• Implement marketing and commercial action plans by selling key activation negotiated at central level
• Ensure competitive monitoring
• Become an expert in 4 categories
• Increase the share of assortment in the 4 categories
• Analyze, anticipate and share the possible evolutions in your region
  
  

You will be joining a team of 13 Field Sales Representatives and reporting into the Field Sales Manager. The full team brings a high level of expertise and is there to support you in your development. During your first months you will also have a buddy who will closely follow-up with you and get you all ready to kickstart your career in our commercial team.

In our highly dynamic environment you will also be in close contact with different teams and stakeholders our Key Account Managers, Category Managers & Marketing team are colleagues you will be closely collaborating with. It speaks for itself that this will offer you a great level of (internal) visibility. Depending of your interest you will have the possibility to evolve in a Sales, Marketing or Supply Chain position within the Danone Belux! Sounds great, right?

About You

You hold a Master degreeand are eager to start your career in sales to quickly evolve to other key functions at Danone (Marketing, sales). To be successful in this role, it is very important that you are fluent in French, English and Dutch and you have an entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for Food.
