We are looking for a Process Development Engineer (M/F/X) for an international player, based in the Bruges area. Are you ready for this challenge and you want to face it with Jefferson Wells? Read on!

Your responsibilities?

As a Process Development Engineer, you are the key figure between development and production. As the Process owner you are responsible for further development and realization of assembly and test processes for the production of mechatronic transmissions and subsystems.

· A – Z project management: setting up a process flow

· You create a PFMEA, control and validation plan as well as the technical dossier

· You ensure that your (semi-) automated production line runs optimally

· You look for continuous improvements of your personal production processes

· You will be the point of contact for the production department in solving technical issues

Who are you?

For you to be able to perfectly execute the responsibilities of a Process Development Engineer you preferably have a master’s degree Electro-Mechanics or Electrical Engineering.Experience in project-based work and affinity with software/electricity is seen as a strong asset. Because you work in an international environment you have good communication skills and possess good knowledge of English.You are practical and have ahands-on mentality with love for analysis andproblem-solving challenges.

Your strong product-process knowledge is your main asset.
