Casper is looking for a kitchen player @ Bruges!

Casper is a dark kitchen concept that launched its first location in Gent. We aim to stand as a Quality Label brought by friendly ghost kitchen(s) creating quality food designed especially for delivery.

This means our food arrives at your door with the same rich taste it has in our kitchen.
We strongly believe in a sustainable future which is why we place great focus on our people, the planet through packaging and our community through working with local suppliers.

As we are a delivery and pick-up only concept, unfortunately you cannot come eat at our place but we will take great pleasure in coming to you!

Profile

Looking for a new job and passionate about food? Do you want to join our kitchen team? You are able to prepare our dishes following our company procedures. You can open and close the store independently. You have an eye for detail and no 9-5 mentality evening and weekend work doesn’t scare you off. Even if you are a great team player, you can work perfectly on your own. Having the responsibility to lead the shift when your team leader is not available, guiding the students and guaranteeing the food quality.

Tasks:

- Kitchen responsible
- Preparing and heating of all food
- Following up hygiene and food safety regulation
- Inspection of food and ingredients
- Waste minimisation
- Bring good spirits to the team and kitchen!
