Position: Learning & Development Responsibilities ????????

• Training Needs Analysis: Identifying skill gaps and knowledge deficiencies within the organization, often in collaboration with managers and HR teams.

• Training Program Design: Developing training modules tailored to the identified needs, considering the company’s goals and various educational methods (e-learning, in-person training, blended learning).

• Implementation of Training: Organizing and coordinating the logistics of training sessions, whether internal or external, ensuring employee engagement and participation.

• Evaluation of Training Effectiveness: Measuring the impact of training programs on employee performance and the achievement of organizational goals, and adjusting programs accordingly.

• Skills and Career Management: Supporting employees in their career development by aligning training opportunities with individual career plans and the needs of the business.

• Educational and Technological Watch: Staying informed about new trends in training and development, and integrating new technologies and methods into training programs.

• Training Budget Management: Overseeing the costs associated with training programs, ensuring expenditures align with the organization’s financial objectives.

• Compliance and Regulation: Ensuring all training complies with legal and regulatory standards, particularly regarding safety, diversity, and inclusion.
