Your future job:

• In charge of the administration, the development and management of Linux systems
• Guarantee smooth running and quality of the network and databases
• Take part actively in project meetings and updates in both sharing solutions and applying them operationally
• Analyse and assess exploitation logs to understand applications and locate + solve possible glitches and bugs
• Provide technical support along with the team related to various issues involving systems or servers, for instance

Who are you?

A technical profile with personal or professional experience as System Administrator or Engineer who is used to multi-task and have several roles within a company, preferably an SME type of environment. Your expertise is focused onLinux and the way they run, but your curiosity and passion are always pushing you to learn about much more!

You thrive as part of a teamand communicate well. The IT department works actively and closely with other teams (for instance in marketing) on sensitive and large-scale projects involving business teams. An implementation of more agileprinciples is scheduled to run things smoother and improve processes.

Your curiosity and expertise in IT systems mean that you can help out and collaborate with other Sys Admins internally on projects such as administration, optimisation or follow-up within the company on systems, servers or databases.

We absolutely need someone :

• Comfortable with our Operating systems Linux (Debian/CentOS)
• Some notions of French or being open to learn some

Knowledge of, or hands-on experience with some of these

• Virtualisation tools such as Proxmox or VMWare
• Deployment solutions for development environment - Docker or Docker-Compose
• Web Server like Nginx or Apache
• Configuration Management process namely using tools such as SaltStack
• Pipeline usage & deployment (Gitlab CI/CD)
• Understanding of the importance of High Availability related to systems and architecture by using namely haproxy, patroni or CARP protocol
• Data base environnement MySQL, PostgreSQL and the use of ElasticSearch
• Monitoring Prometheus/Grafana/Telegraf
• Notions in scripting using Bash or Python
