For one of our clients active in the energy sector, we are looking for a Logistic Officer.
As a planner you are an indispensable link. You ensure a flawless and punctual handling of orders, while keeping the balance between the interests of all parties involved.

You are also responsible for :
  • The processing of customer orders
  • Managing the stocks of the customers
  • Organize and follow up the deliveries with respect to the transport regulations
  • Handling of delivery problems and incidents
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of logistics costs
As a planner you are part of a team of 6 people who organise the supply of more than 500 service stations in Belgium and more than 300 service stations in the Netherlands. For this you have more than 50 vehicles at your disposal. The mission of the planner consists of providing a quality service to our internal and external customers, taking into account the strict environmental and safety requirements that require constant vigilance and prudence.

Your profile

  • Are you an enthusiastic, curious, energetic man/woman? Do you want to be part of a professional team and are you :
  • In possession of at least a Bachelor degree, professional experience is a plus
  • Very good knowledge of French and Dutch
  • A teamplayer who can work autonomously as well
  • Very customer oriented and communicative
  • In possession of nerves of steel and keep your cool in unforeseen circumstances
