At Hyundai Construction Equipment Europe, we deal with the sales, marketing and service of Construction Equipment and Material Handling equipment in Europe.

We have over 100 dealers in 30 countries in Europe, selling our world-class equipment and parts to clients.

In our headquarters we strive to offer an excellent service to all stakeholders and to do so, we are constantly looking for motivated new colleagues to join our team.

We are currently looking for a Logistics Assistant in our offices in Tessenderlo.

Your job

• You work in the Logistics Team. As a team, we take care of the inbound and outbound shipments for the parts in Europe. You will mainly be responsible for outbound parts.
• You follow up the shipments in the different systems. This means adjusting data in the systems, finding out missing shipments, checking costs. You will also book transports online or via email.
• You follow up Excel lists and process them for invoicing control.
• You also arrange customs formalities.
• In addition to your direct colleagues in the Logistics Team, you also have contacts with colleagues from Parts Sales, Customer Service and the Warehouse.
• We train you in our systems and in this job. Once you have mastered these tasks, there is plenty of room to learn new things. We are happy to guide you through our extensive product range and the different facets of logistics.
• We work with sliding schedules. It is, however, busier in the afternoon in our team. Working until 5 p.m. or 6 p.m. is therefore part of it.

Your profile

• You can work smoothly with Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and of course also with Outlook.
• You have a positive attitude and enjoy working with colleagues.
• Others can count on you.
• You deal well with deadlines and time pressure.
• Furthermore, numbers and learning new programs do not deter you.
• You speak and write very good English.
• It is an advantage if you have already worked in a logistics environment or if you have an affinity with it.
• You live close enough to our offices in Tessenderlo (Belgium) so that you can come to work in our bright and spacious offices.
