Our partner, a leader in the logistics management of industrial metal and plastic parts, is recruiting a Logistics Employee. If you are efficient, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a friendly atmosphere while taking on precision challenges, this job is for you!

Key responsibilities:

  • Daily purchase management: Coordinating with parent companies to ensure order reception, verifying product quantities and quality, and updating purchase tracking systems.
  • Returns management: Organizing the return of defective or non-compliant products, communicating with suppliers to resolve issues, and updating inventories accordingly.
  • Performing various checks: Monitoring logistics and customs performance indicators and identifying areas for improvement to optimize supply chain operations.

Profile:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in logistics or international trade, with solid knowledge of customs regulations and merchandise shipping.
  • Languages: Fluent in French and comfortable in English.
  • Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfortable with IT systems (ideally SAP).
  • Skills: Attention to detail, efficiency, teamwork, autonomy, and strong priority management.
  • Mobility: Having your own vehicle will be necessary to access the site.
