A strategy consulting company based in Brussels is now looking for a Manager Insurance to work for and develop the insurance sector.

Reporting to the Head of Financial Services, as Manager Insurance your main responsibilities will include:

  • Perform and lead advisory missions or projects at our customers, thereby using your personal expertise to guarantee the service and quality level that the company stands for
  • Be responsible for coaching consultants and steer consulting teams on mission in the Insurances business lines in Belgium
  • Play a proactive role in the business development process. If necessary, support in business development in The Netherlands
  • Develop in depth knowledge of the Belgian and general insurance market (business evolution, sector trends…)

The ideal candidate holds a master’s degree coupled with at least 5 to max 12 years of relevant experience in a consulting company with a focus on the insurance sector. A previous experience in conducting projects and in managing teams within the insurance sector is a must for this position.

You are autonomous, flexible and entrepreneurial. You are fluent in Dutch and have a good command of both French and English.
