About Our Client

Our client is a well-known company in Brussels. Their headquarters are based in Brussels and have offices all around the world.

Job Description

As Marketing & Communication coordinator :

  • You support the Marketing / Communication Manager with the Marketing / Communication Plan
  • You assist team members with day to day marketing tasks and coordinate Marketing projects and activities (brochures, newsletters, mailings, e-mail banners, folders, etc.)
  • You are in charge of the internal and external communication (sponsorship, events, projects, etc.)
  • You produce targeted email communications
  • You write press releases and support the media relations department
  • You produce content on the website and on the social media
  • You are in charge of the follow-up of the admin tasks

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Marketing & communication coordinator :

  • You have an excellent level of Dutch & French and a good level of English
  • You are multitaskers
  • You are a fast learner
  • You are a team-player but can work independently
  • You are creative, open-minded and embrace new ideas
  • Understanding social media
  • Demonstrate very good writing skills
  • You are organized, dynamic and motivated
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
