Aim of the role

Supporting our Product Marketing, Brand, and Communications efforts by creating and distributing specialised content for our target prospects and customers. We’re open to receive applicants from all over the world. This role can be fully remote, or at any Rydoo office location (Mechelen, Lisbon, Paris, Manila, Munich, Sao Paulo).

Responsibilities

• Write and edit content, including articles, whitepapers, e-books, case studies, webinars, scripts, speaker presentations, e-mails, landing pages, user docs, and brochures.
• Collaborate with other members on the team and other stakeholders to solidify ideas and to produce content across the marketing lifecycle.
• Manage the creative process for content, including brainstorming ideas, managing pitches, working with freelance writers and translators, adding creative, and preparing content for publishing.
• Select topics, conduct outreach, and engage internal or external experts to produce well-researched, high-quality content.
• Provide feedback to writers and collaborators and track project deadlines transparently.
• Work across teams to maximize the success of content and campaigns and drive traffic and engagement that translates to sales and brand promotion.
• Create organic content for social media, optimised for each platform.
• Build new content marketing partnerships with external sites and collaborators.
• Assist the Partnership department where needed, by creating quality marketing materials to attract and develop new partnerships.
• Track and report on key metrics and optimize content based on performance
• Work with customers on joint announcements and PR
  
  

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in communication, marketing or a related field
• 5+ years’ experience in a content or communications role
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English
• Working proficiency in German, Dutch, French or Spanish will be an asset
• Excellent research skills
• Knowledge of Finance and/or HR functions
• Ability to effectively prioritise in a fast-paced environment while balancing both strategic and tactical responsibilities
• Understanding of SEO to generate organic traffic
