As mobility evolves, so does the way we buy and sell cars. As a Remarketing Label Specialist, you’ll lead the implementation and development of a high-quality B2C used car label across a growing automotive network. With a focus on digital innovation, service integration, and dealer collaboration, you’ll play a key role in shaping the customer journey and maximizing remarketing performance.
Responsibilities:
- Label Implementation & Quality Compliance: Guide dealers through the adoption of the B2C used car label, conduct quality audits, and ensure adherence to established standards.
- Third-Party Service Management: Coordinate services such as warranties, roadside assistance, and insurance while maintaining strong partnerships with service providers.
- B2C Marketing & Dealer Support: Develop marketing strategies and support dealer networks to drive B2C sales performance.
- Digital Sales Optimization: Enhance the customer experience across digital sales platforms and improve the performance of online sales channels.
- Sales Monitoring & Performance Improvement: Track stock rotation and sales metrics, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Market & Dealer Analysis: Analyze market trends and dealer KPIs to refine and optimize remarketing strategies.
Experience & Competences:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in a relevant field.
- At least 3 years of experience in automotive remarketing, used car management, or dealership operations.
- Background in dealer network management is a strong advantage.
- Proven experience in B2C marketing strategies for used cars and coordinating third-party services (e.g. insurance, warranty, roadside assistance).
- Fluent in Dutch and French, with good command of English.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in a relevant field.
