At The Collective, we are constantly looking to improve the security of our customers through Microsoft solutions and services including Microsoft 365 Defender, Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Azure Active directory, and many more.

Are you the daredevil we are looking for, and do you have previous experience implementing solutions from Microsoft’s security family? Then, don’t hesitate to get in touch!

What will your working day look like?

Although every day will be different and it’s impossible to predict what each day will look like, you will join an amazing team of people with whom you will:

  • Design, implement, and troubleshoot various Microsoft security solutions both in Microsoft 365 and/or Azure.
  • Give training and host workshops (internally as well as for customers)
  • Further streamline our Cloud Control Managed Services by improving our internal processes, implementation, and toolset.
  • Define recommendations and architecture design documents to help guide our customers and coach your junior colleagues.

Whom are we looking for?

  • You love a challenge and are passionate about security.
  • You have prior experience with implementing Microsoft security solutions.
  • You are willing to go the extra mile to support our customer’s success and security.
  • You are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. Dutch or French are an added bonus.
  • You embrace lifelong learning and aren’t shy of learning new things.
  • Security and privacy are important to you. You have a security-first mindset and are willing to learn new things; even on the offensive side of security.
  • Although we fully support working remotely, living in Belgium or The Netherlands will make getting together with your colleagues a lot easier.
