• Help government leaders and senior management define their business strategies and translate their vision into concrete initiatives
• Help governments to digitize their public services – from strategy to execution
• Manage the project portfolio and project teams in line with project management best practices - including coaching junior consultants
• Act as a single point of contact for digitising public services, employment or economy
• Forge and manage relationships with key clients, partners, as well as internal and external stakeholders in the area of digitising public services, employment or economy
• Proactively support business development to find and generate innovative market opportunities for our government & public sector clients
• Manage opportunities and the development of proposals
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and in-depth analysis of business models, strategic processes, and impact on their operations
• Conduct workshops, trainings and other capacity building activities for internal and external audiences
• Support further development of our public sector team, including through active involvement in the recruitment process
  
  

Let’s Talk About You

• Masters in Information Technology, (Applied) Economics, Commercial or Civil Engineering, Commercial Sciences, Management, Finance, Political Sciences or any other business degree. A Postgraduate in Management is an asset.
• At least 7 years of work experience, of which at least 3 years in the field of digitising public services, employment or economy and covering the Federal, Flemish and local, Federal government accounts.
• Fascinated by the public sector and relish industry trends and market dynamics.
• Possess proven experience in providing advisory services to public sector clients (experience within a reputable management consulting or engineering firm is an advantage).
• Possess proven experience in management of complex projects.
• Ability to lead, coordinate and communicate in multidisciplinary teams.
• Pro-active, curious, open-minded, creative, enthusiastic, flexible, and a natural team player.
• Ability to form your own opinion and support it by objective argumentation.
• Native Dutch speaker, and fluent in French and English.
