Your journey with us

As a member of our Monitor Deloitte sustainability team, you help our clients to drive their sustainability agenda, solve critical business issues, and guide executive level decision makers through their challenging & complex sustainability transformation. You contribute to a wide range of (international) projects across industries, helping our clients cope with the challenges they are facing:

• Having quality discussions with clients at C-suite level, demonstrating creativity combined with strong strategic capabilities
• Providing our clients with a forward-looking view of the most important strategic topics affecting them regarding sustainability
• Supporting the client in determining their ESG strategy and defining the right set of initiatives, projects, organizational set-up and business models to execute upon this strategy
• Independent delivery of engagements, including leading the approach, liaising with stakeholders, and directing activities of people on the project team.
  
  

In addition, you play an active role in business development activities in order to further grow Monitor Deloitte practice:

• Contribute to team development, leveraging skills and capabilities from across the firm
• Developing compelling and robust internal propositions and client facing proposals
• Involvement in business development and sales activities.
• By our team you will work on the most challenging business questions our clients are facing today, teaming up with unique and complementary capabilities within our Strategy, Analytics and M&A (SAMA) portfolio
  
  

Let’s Talk About You

• Excellent Masters or MBA degree from a reputable university
• A minimum of 5 years of previous work experience with a top consultancy practice or strategy house
• Proven track record in dealing with sustainability strategy such as ESG strategy, ESG operating models, sustainable & circular business models, sustainable growth strategies
• Exceptional communicator with the ability to articulate complex ideas to all levels of an organization, and effectively lead and manage all key stakeholders
• Fluency in English, French and Dutch
• By our team you will work on the most challenging business questions our clients are facing today, teaming up with unique and complementary capabilities within our Strategy, Analytics and M&A (SAMA) portfolio.
