Talent Specialist / Customer Service Manager

Join a dynamic and innovative company leading the way in external Talent Management Solutions. We’re on the lookout for a passionate Talent Specialist / Customer Service Manager to join our MSP program, designed to deliver exceptional talent management services to our diverse client base.

Role Overview: As a Talent Specialist / Customer Service Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing large-scale talent pools for various companies and projects. Your expertise will drive the end-to-end talent acquisition process, ensuring seamless integration and outstanding client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Talent Management: Oversee the entire process for external talent, from initial requests to fulfillment and administration.
  • Trusted Advisor: Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders, providing expert advice and building strong relationships.
  • Talent Pool Management: Administer and optimize pooling systems and advertising strategies.
  • Interview & Onboarding: Handle the interview process, negotiate budgets, and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Quality Assurance: Evaluate delivery quality and conduct feedback review meetings.
  • Single Point of Contact: Serve as the primary contact for clients and candidates, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Proven experience in Talent Management, recruitment, staffing, or contracting.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and other office tools; strong communication skills in Dutch & French, with good English proficiency.
  • Attributes: Proactive, well-organized, and detail-oriented. Able to work in a multi-disciplinary team and communicate effectively with various stakeholders. Positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
