As Project Manager for Cinemasolutions, you will lead cross-functional initiatives that bring cutting-edge technologies to life in our projection and display systems. You will be the driving force behind the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs that shape the future of immersive Cinema experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the projects as part of the program roadmap in alignment with Barco’s strategic goals, from CVR/BCR until FQR in order to ensure successful completion of all agreed stage gates within the agreed specification’s schedule and budget.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (R&D, Product Management, Operations, Procurement, Service) on multiple locations to deliver on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes. Lead the project team in an efficient and effective way.
  • Translate technical and business requirements into actionable plans. Manage the scope during the project execution.
  • Monitor program risks, dependencies, and performance metrics.
  • In case of cross functional issues, initiate corrective actions and manage prompt resolution and/or ensure proper escalation to the right people.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Follow up & communicate project status and KPI’s to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Foster innovation and continuous improvement in technologies and workflows.
Your Profile

  • Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in display, imaging, or video technology.
  • Proven leadership in cross-functional and international environments.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • PMP or similar certification is a plus.
