About Our Client

Our client is an International Marketing service part of an important group in Belgium. The company has the opportunity to expand in the country and they are currently looking for a Office Manager to join their office based in Zaventem (approximately 50 people).

Job Description

As Office Manager , you will have the following tasks:


  • Managing the General Manager’s assistant: handling mail, organising diaries and meetings, preparing orders for office supplies, organising and managing recruitment and carrying out administrative work for the various departments.


  • Transmission of information: He/she writes summaries and reports.


  • Cash management


  • Internal and external communication by managing the flow of information: ensures communication between the Managing Director and his various internal contacts (departments, staff, representative bodies or the various teams in the company)

The Successful Applicant

As a Office Manger, you have the following profile:

  • Master in office management or similar.
  • A good knowledge about the role of office coordination.
  • A good command of Microsoft 365.
  • Perfect French and very good in English & Dutch.
  • Ability to deal with tight deadline.
