Description du poste

As Operations Manager, you are the operational backbone of the company and will oversee the day-to-day administration of our company and follow-up of our partners. You will be the one of the key drivers to ensure all our projects meet the required deadlines and our organization is well positioned for success. You will report directly to the CEO.

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Daily Operational Management

· Manage day-to-day client administration, operations, reporting and finances

· Organize onboarding and training sessions with partners

· Keep detailed client records on company CRM and in-house software program

· Assist with marketing and data presentations

Operational Improvements

· Collaborate with the various divisions of our company to improve, develop and/or expand services

· Help refine the organization’s value proposition, increasing brand awareness and enhancing brand image

· Contribute to the design and implementation of accelerator programs and events

THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THE JOB

· A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

· Minimum 2 years of experience in operational management, accounting, project management, or a related field

· Bilingual (EN/FR)

· Strong organization skills with the ability to multitask projects from start to finish

· Ability to work autonomous

· Commitment to working flexible hours and in an international environment

· Financial literacy and knowledge of accounting software such as WinBooks and CRM tools

· Experience in the diamond industry or a related sector is a plus

· Ability to thrive in a start-up environment

· Personal qualities of integrity, optimism, and perseverance
