Who we are

In 2015, Benoit and Corentin, joined later by two other friends, Arthur and Paul-Hubert, launched Truckfly, an app for truck drivers. After hard work, in 2018, the app is successful with 300K users. Then, Michelin acquires Truckfly. Dashdoc adventure can start : they develop the SaaS solution in France. End of 2021, Dashdoc has 50 talented people and is expanding internationally!

Mission

We are looking for a flemish speaker, who will lead the deployment of the main customers signed by the sales in Benelux : fix targets and project boarders with the clients, achieve them and maintain our high customer satisfaction by dashdoc users.
Outcomes

• Lead cross-team projects (sales, product, integration, marketing) to customer and Dashdoc’s targets
• Achieve customer’s needs:
• Lead project in a way to maintain a churn rate < 1,5% : build a strong trust relationship with the customer
• Fix achievable targets with the sales team to deploy Dasdoc solution within 6 months

• Open development opportunities with the customer and its network
• Contribute to the product (thank to customer’s feedback) and intern process improvement

What we are looking for:

• experienced in cross-team project management (> 3 years) in one of these sectors : transport, industry or Saas
• product and customer-minded: you put the user first in everything you build
• entrepreneur: you like challenges, taking part in transforming an industry. You welcome feedback and you are willing to get better every day
• autonomous, proactive and force of proposalin the projects you undertake
• fluent in Flemish and English both written and spoken are mandatory, as we are expanding internationally. Mastering French is not required

Interview process

• A take-home assignment to evaluate your skills and a debrief afterwards to learn more about you
