Main Duties and Responsibilities

Principal mandate pipeline

  • Perform regular analysis on win/loss mandates
  • Monitor high level results of new mandates and highlight issues
  • Compile monthly report EMEA pipeline for management and Board

Principal targets

  • Gather information for the yearly target setting for the strategic principals from GPMs, MSDs, etc
  • Design the template for structuring the different targets and provide this to the involved persons
  • Analyse and challenge the targets and flag issues
  • Ensure targets are uploaded in BI
  • Follow-up the performance versus targets of strategic principals with input from the responsible people and flag issues

Pricing

  • Monthly tracking of results pricing tool and variance analysis and flagging of issues
  • Development of necessary tools to support usage of pricing methodology

Scorecards and other KPI’s

  • Gather data on achievements of KPIs (Operational, Commercial, Principals), for example for quarterly achievement evaluation
  • Analyse high level results and highlight issues
  • Support EMEA management with various analyses on request

Supply Chain

  • Perform analyses to support EMEA SC initiatives, like consolidation of transport, hub projects, etc

BI and other IT tools & reports

  • BI power-user;
  • Develop tools, reports and dashboards in cooperation between business and IT
  • Support the roll out of tools and reports with atrainings

Qualifications & Skills

  • University degree
  • Knowledge of internal Azelis systems (BI, etc)
  • Analytical skills
  • Accuracy
  • Good knowledge of English;
  • Advanced user of various IT tools including strong Excel skills
  • Flexible, reactive and capable to adapt him/herself in a short period of time
