Job Description – Operations Officer (Junior / Credit Officer)

Category/Profile: S40 – Transversal Business Functions / Operations Officer – Junior

Location: Alpha Credit Building, Rue Montagne du Parc 8, 1000 Brussels

Start Date: 30/06/2025 | End Date: 31/01/2026

Work Mode: 50% onsite / 50% homeworking (after 3 months)

Mission Context

First point of contact for client credit requests. Manage the process from introduction to finalization, combining customer advice, sales, and operational checks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and follow up credit requests by phone.
  • Advise clients on best-suited financial products; perform cross-selling/upselling.
  • Inform clients about request status.
  • Verify contracts, documents, legal mentions, and signatures for compliance.
  • Ensure fund transfers and resolve dossier issues.

Requirements

Languages

  • Dutch: Fluent | French: Fluent | English: Strong knowledge

Education

  • No specific degree required

Experience

  • Mandatory: MS Office
  • Preferable: Call center, banking, or credit experience
