A global leader company in the chemical industry, based in Antwerp, is looking for an Operations Production Manager to support the Operations team. As Operations Production Manager, some of your responsibilities will include: * Supervising the team of production in order to improve the productivity * Developing projects in line with production and making sure that the production is in line with the procedures and quality standards * Supervising maintenance and engineering activities * Strategically supervising the continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives * Coordinating HSE policies.

The ideal candidate for the position of Operations Production Manager holds a bachelor’s or a master’s in Industrial engineering, +5 years of experience as Production Engineering in the chemical industry - or related.

Fluency in Dutch and English.
