Job Description

• Oversee the entire project management of a key digital health initiative aiming at increasing patient outcomes.
• Build partnerships with key stakeholders including health care professionals, patient associations, relevant start-ups, (IT departments in) hospitals, to understand their needs in close collaboration with the sales & marketing organization and a fellow patient outcome colleague.
• Ensure that our solutions are focusing on unmet patient and HCP needs by reflecting these needs in the solution design requirements by working closing with your digital counterpart (internally) or a given start-up (externally).
• Co-create solutions with health care professionals to enhance broad usage of the developed patient support solutions with the intention to both develop and scale solutions within Belgium as well as reapplying solutions from/to other markets.
• Apply design thinking philosophy to advance the digital health solution(s).
• Lead the overall customer solutions plan closely aligned with the brand strategic plans while interacting with all relevant departments. Special focus is on supporting medical and H&V colleagues in data collection when building evidence of impact of solution in health outcomes.
• Facilitate co-creation workshops, organize planning and training sessions and engaging HCPs in 1:1 meetings. For ex. sharing the data with clinics on how initiatives have improved patient outcomes and experience in the clinic relative to service gaps and unmet medical needs identified upfront.
• Play an active role within the We Cluster network of patient solutions professionals.

Profile

• Master’s degree preferably in the field of pharmacology or healthcare.
• Min. 5 years of expertise in Project Management and Digital Health solutions.
• Strong in English, Dutch and French, oral and written.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Proven digital skills, experience with wearables, dashboards and/or health data integration in EMRs (Electronic Medical Records).
  
• Sound business acumen, with the ability to apprehend technological dimensions and business challenges, and translate these into market proof propositions.
• Experience in the broader medical sector.
