We are currently looking for a Payroll Specialist to join one of our partners in the medical sector, based in Brussels.

As a diverse and multilingual medical institution, our business partner provides care at various locations in Brussels, accompanying their patients. They offer tailored treatments to guarantee a personalized and humane approach.

As a Payroll Specialist, you will support the Payroll Manager.

Your function – Payroll Specialist

• Administrative and Payroll Management for white-collar employees from onboarding to departure.
• Collaborative Payroll management of staff with the social secretariat.
• Contribute to the development of audits for HR service procedures.
• Ensure strict adherence to social legislation.
  
  

Profile – Payroll Specialist

• Bachelor’s degree in Payroll and personnel administration or in a similar field.
• Fluent in Dutch and French or English.
• At least a first experience in Payroll Officer or Payroll Consultant.
• You are curious, pragmatic, meticulous, and possess excellent communication skills.
