Your journey with us

We are currently looking to reinforce our team with a Pensions Manager.

• You deal with complex topics in the area of pensions in an independent way
• You are responsible for a variety of client assignments and projects as well as dealing with ad hoc queries, often providing expertise in a multidisciplinary environment (tax, legal, broader consultancy or project management)
• You work closely together with junior and more senior colleagues and build close relationships with your clients
• You ensure projects are delivered in line with the highest quality and client service standards;
• Understands key objectives for clients and Deloitte, aligns people to objectives and sets priorities and direction
• Develops high-performing people and teams through challenging and meaningful opportunities.
  
  

Let’s Talk About You

• You have relevant experience in the field of pensions (at least 4-6 years). A MD background on the topic and hands on mentality is a must
• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Law or Economics, and certification regarding additional (academic) training on pensions
• You have excellent communication skills
• You are willing to invest in a working environment full of opportunities
• You have an open, creative, entrepreneurial, enthusiastic and flexible mindset
• You are a team player with leadership and project management skills
• You communicate fluently in Dutch, French and English.

Each of these aspects implies specific challenges and in practice we see that clients find it difficult to find trustworthy advice and information they can rely on.

This includes tax and legal advice, tailor made retirement planning, strategic support to set-up pension plans, actuarial valuations, assistance in the framework of corporate restructuring, and assistance with the human capital aspects of pensions.
