LUKOILhas been present in Europe for more than 20 years. Our activities in Europe are oil and gas exploration, production and refining, as well as marketing, power supply and renewable energy. In 2007, LUKOIL became active on the Benelux market with the acquisition of 157 JET filling stations in Belgium and Luxembourg. Since then, LUKOIL has strengthened its presence in this market, in particular thanks to the participation in 2009 in the Zeeland Refinery in Vlissingen. The acquisition of 59 filling stations of the Verolma Group in the Netherlands followed in 2012, and the acquisition of 21 filling stations of Rotonde followed in 2013. The acquisition of AutoMaas at the end of 2015 was the next step in the company’s expansion strategy, which always takes into account the interests of its customers.
For our HQ office in Vilvoorde (Belgium) we are currently looking for a temporary (from 01 April till 30 September ) a full-time(38 hours/week) personal assistant for our Managing Director
What will you be doing?
As a personal assistant, you are the right hand of the managing director. In this close cooperation, you are responsible for the following areas, among others:
- General support for agenda management, mails, preparations for business trips
- Full organization of visits for guests (hotels, transport, meetings, dinners etc.)
- Coordinate meetings, note-taking during the board meetings and making sure that there is a follow-up
- You are a connection point between Moscow and Belgium (including translations RU-EN-NL)
- Arranging events including organization and coordination of lunches, dinners / bigger team events
- Support of the members of business board
- Preparing and submitting the managing director’s expense notes, processing incoming invoices etc.
- General administration (scanning, archiving, copying, sending of documents, letters, fax’s etc.) and ensuring follow-up
Who are you?
- You have higher education or equal by experience
- In addition to your Russian mother tongue, you can also fluently express yourself in writing and orally in English and in Dutch. Knowledge of French is a plus
- Good command of MS Office
- Good knowledge of the rules regarding business correspondence
- Excellent organizational & co-ordination skills is a must
- You are discrete, diplomatic, punctual, efficient and flexible
- You can handle stress well, always remain positive and can work proactive with a can-do attitude
- You are legally entitled to work in Belgium
