Introduction

We hiring for our client in Brussel a Planification Officer in the team of after sales support departement.

Tasks

Scheduling of the service technicians
Coordination, tracking of deadlines for technicians in consultation with the customer
Coordination of commissioning and battery assembly with internal sales and customer service.
Creation of technician orders in CIMSA
Receipt and processing of faults via our central hotline number within normal working hours
Editing and creating SoHelp cases
Technical telephone support for our customers
Planning experience: Technician deployment planning, in coordination with the National After Sales Manager and Customer Service during commissioning
Support experience: Technical, telephone support for simple problems Editing and creation of SoHelp

Skills

Language

French speaker or Dutch speaker with a good communication of the second language.
English: is a plus
