As our Product Demonstration Specialists, you will be an advocate for Esko’s packaging software. With the relevant training you will know our solutions inside out. You will be the face of Esko, connecting our world class solutions to the wider print and packing industry. In this role you also get to train the inside sales team to build their knowledge.

The focus will be on demonstrating Esko software products and addressing any questions to support the prospective customers in selecting the solution for them. As well as spotting opportunities and sales leads.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:
  • Gain knowledge of Esko products inside and out and be the first to learn, share, and inspire your customers through a best in class experience
  • Deliver virtual and in person (travel permitting) demonstrations that build rapport with each customer with the ability to sell across full product range
  • Have an eye for sales opportunities, as well as troubleshooting, technical or service requests will be handed off to the Inside Sales or Customer Care team
  • Take initiative to think outside the box and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Ability to conduct real-time research to determine the best solution for the customer – this requires immediate responses and quick thinking
  • Ability to work across multiple technology platforms and systems
  • Ability to understand the Esko brand and uphold its integrity
About You
  • 1+ year experience in customer service, retail and or sales related position
  • Confident to engage with people
  • Experience with software solutions and technology, Knowledge of ArtPro+ is a plus.
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic team player, driven by exceeding our sales performance aspirations and creating an innovative customer experience
  • Ability to quickly identify prospective owners needs
  • Ability to adjust demo style to each prospective owner
  • Written and oral communication required
  • Knowing when to work independently and when to ask for help
  • Customer focus and drive for results
