Pricing and Revenue Analysis Manager

As part of the Product Management division, responsible for business development of Euroclear products (market and client demand analysis, product startegy definition, project scope setting, prioritisation of efforts, ...), you will join the Product Excellence team, responsible for the pricing strategy and set-up, the analysis and forecast of Euroclear group business revenues, and the support of business development and commercial strategies with in-depth quantitative analysis

You will be involved in all activities of the team, in a wide range of responsibilities including :

• Definition and implementation of pricing for new or existing Euroclear product. In this context, we currently have two areas of focus : adapting communicationrelated fees charged to EB and ESES clients to current and future communication channels, and developing issuer-pay models.
• Define and validate specific offer to some clients.
• Quantitative and qualitative analysis of business drivers, client behaviour, client and service revenues and profitability, P&L evolution, … These analysis are an essential part of the Product Management function as they serve as a key reference for setting prices of products and services, assessing business opportunities, building business cases for investments, followup after implementation of changes to identify possible adjustments.
• Support and coordinate the financial budget for all business revenues of the group. This includes forecasts of business divers and revenues, as well as followup on actual performance to determine necessary budgetary adjustments throughout the year.
• Report on product performance.
• Specific duties related to the monthly billing processes in EB and ESES : tariff setup, controls, issues resolution. We are actively participating to the deployment of a new billing system in Euroclear Bank : testing of the new solution, adapting processes and controls to new duties arising from this new system.

We are interacting with product managers, business intelligence, senior management, commercial, financial, legal and operations. You will gradually acquire an in-depth knowledge of our clients, products and services. • Knowledge of Euroclear product and/or clients, following several years of working experience in Euroclear or in relevant financial industry business.
• Strong skills for data manipulation and quantitative analysis, with relevant experience in Euroclear, earlier position or education (e.g. master degree in economics, engineering, business, mathematics, …).
• Ability to synthesise and draw relevant conclusions and key messages from a lot of data
• Good communication and negotiation skills, able to defend a recommendation in front of colleagues or senior managers
• Written communication skills, able to produce short, synthetic, to-the-point, clear document for various audiences
• Stress resistant, willing to work under tight deadlines
• Autonomous, with good personal organisation
• Team spirit
• Strong experience in using excel and databases
