Your Profile

General

• You are fluent in English (TME business language)

• You have strong interpersonal and network development skills

• You have strong planning and organizational skills

• You can explain highly technical concepts to executives in a digestible fashion

• You are a quick learner and open and eager to learn the latest areas of vehicle and plant security.

• You have experience in an International Enterprise and have worked across different organizations, nationalities and cultural differences.

Specialism

• You have a masters degree in a Technical IT or Engineering discipline

• You have more than 2 to 5 years experience of either vehicle systems or plant systems

• You have strong technical skills with experience as team lead & project management, ensuring the team’s output is sufficient, correct and in line with management,policy and procedure

• Have or be willing to obtain relevant security accreditation for example, IEC62443, CompTIA Security+, CISM, CRISC accreditation

• Experience with Secure Software Development Lifecycles

• Experience & familiarity with ISO21434

• Experience working in a regulated environment / with homologated products.

Your team and your responsibilities

Team/division description:

Information Systems is a truly pan-European function with members based in Head Office, manufacturing plants, and National Sales & Marketing companies across Europe. We contribute to every part of our business from vehicle design through to connected navigation and in-car services.

The Cyber Security team is responsible for managing Cyber Security risks across Toyota in Europe to prevent material damage to our business or brand.

Your responsibilities:

• Promote Cybersecurity awareness for Internal and External communication

• Represent TME in relevant associations and fora

• Responsible for a team consisting of Toyota members, contractors and external consultants.

Vehicle

• Ensure that Toyota and Lexus customers in Europe can be confident that IT solutions in their vehicles protect their security and privacy

• Working with other functions at TME, oversee processes to ensure cybersecurity and privacy protections are in place for future vehicle related systems (Back end, servers, services etc)

• Oversee the design and development processes of vehicle related 3rd party systems & solutions to ensure Privacy and Security measures are built in.

• Assess and regularly reassess risks linked with vehicle systems

• Work cross functionally with Electronics and TMC ISM to follow and develop the Vehicle Cybersecurity Management system.

Plant

• Working with other functions and manufacturing plants ensure that Operational Technology systems at production facilities have a clear roadmap that increases the cybersecurity condition for new and existing systems.

• Define and develop and maintain security policies, procedures and solutions for OT Security

• Support manufacturing plants to implement TME owned Security Solutions

• Support manufacturing plants to create and implement manufacturing owned security policies, procedures and solutions

• Review & confirm the design and development processes of manufacturing related 3rd party systems & solutions to ensure Privacy and Security measures are built in.
