We are currently looking for a passionate Product Manager - Cable Management to take our brand to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Global Product Director with matrixed to the Business Unit
  • The Product Manager Cable Management is responsible for the entire product portfolio, development and product marketing.
  • This includes managing products through their life cycles, developing and maintaining roadmaps, gathering and prioritizing customer requirements, defining the product vision, developing and implementing channel strategies.
  • Working closely with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Codes and Standards and Sales to deliver an end-user driven innovative product portfolio.
  • To become the Cable Management subject matter expert
  • Responsible for understanding the customer’s current and future requirements and the competitive environment.
  • Will be responsible for setting pricing, working with Operations and Finance to ensure BOM and Routing accuracy

Education/Qualifications/Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing or similar
  • Business fluency in Dutch and English (written and verbal) is essential
  • Proven experience in technical environment (mechanical, production, steel)
  • Minimum of 2-5 years business experience in B2B Product Management, Sales or Engineering within Manufacturing company
  • Demonstrated success defining and launching products and managing product categories.
  • Demonstrated ability to use lean tools, structure project plans and methods to drive process and product improvements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent teamwork and project management skills, self-driven and accountable.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Must be able to travel approximately 30% of the time to visit customers and company facilities around the world.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Power-Point, Outlook, CRM systems.
