Exciting Opportunity in Healthcare/Medical Devices!

Our client is seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Specialist to lead the launch and value messaging of innovative products, ensuring they align with commercial goals. In this role, you will drive product success by developing sales tools, enabling cross-functional teams, and supporting customer interactions across the sales journey. You’ll be the go-to expert on products, customers, and channels, leveraging this knowledge to create impactful marketing strategies and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Lifecycle Ownership: Manage all communications from product launch to end-of-life/end-of-service for both hardware and software.
  • Launch Programs & Sales Enablement: Design, manage, and implement creative launch strategies, enabling global and regional teams to achieve commercial objectives.
  • Development of Sales Tools: Collaborate with marketing and product managers to develop and deliver product collateral that effectively communicates the value proposition to different stakeholders.
  • Sales Support: Work closely with sales teams to determine necessary tools and create effective assets to support the sales process.
  • Website Presentation: Ensure accurate and compelling product presentations on the company’s website.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Validate marketing materials in collaboration with the Regulatory team.
  • Performance Tracking: Measure the effectiveness of marketing and enablement activities to demonstrate their success and refine strategies.
  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitors and use insights to inform product positioning.
  • Global Marketing Plan: Lead the development of the global marketing plan, ensuring alignment with product marketing objectives.
  • Sales Communications: Manage monthly sales communications and support internal and external communication efforts.
What Our Client is Looking For:

  • Education: Master’s degree preferred (Bachelor’s also considered).
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar role, with a strong background in healthcare, medical devices, or IVD.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
    • Team-oriented with a fast-learning mindset.
  • Languages: Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus.
