For our client, aninternational company that develops, manufactures and markets medical devices and services related to ostomy, urology, continence, skin care and wound care, we are looking for a Product Specialist - Laser for Benelux.

Description/Job summary

  • The Laser Product Specialistis responsible for the launch and subsequent commercial development oflaser range for Interventional Urology, within all hospital accounts of the BeNeLuxfor use in Stone management, BPH and soft tissue procedures.
  • Reports to the Regional Sales Manager BeNeLux about the progress and realization of the Laser territory plan , the priority settings and developments.
  • Inclose collaboration with the territory manager, the Product Specialist Laser will drive sales through deep understanding of customer needs, effective engagement of both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders, presentation of Laser related products, and negotiation of price/T&Cs, and training to ensure safe/effective use of the product during demo and on ongoing basis.
  • As a Laser Therapie expert, provide technical / clinical support - information to all DMU members of all hospitals in Benelux territory.
  • Responsible for installation, maintenance and follow-up with all stakeholders.
  • Responsible for training of installation, safe procedure guidance and instruction for use in the operating room.

Profile

  • Minimal Bachelor’s Degree ( paramedical /Biomedical -Business-Technical ) or equivalent in sales/business experience
  • In-depth knowledge of Operating Room environment (Urology is an absolute Plus)
  • Strong background in sales of capital equipment to Hospitals in BeNeLux
  • Bilingual (Dutch – French) and good knowledge of English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Recognize the added value of CRM system
  • Driving License: ability to travel daily within BeNeLux territory.
  • Occasionally overnight stays will be necessary.
  • Home office/ Office/Field based
