Janssen Benelux is looking for a talented Product Specialist with commercial experience in Psychiatry, to reinforce our commercial team in region of East- and West Flanders.
Recently we launched a new innovative therapy for the treatment of Major Depressive Disorder (MDD). Our objective as a team is to ensure that people with MDD are able to participate in society. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Sales Representative covering the region East-West Flanders. In this role you will ensure a great customer engagement and experience and it allows you to be part of a team that is at the forefront in the initial launch and growth phase of Spravato. This role will allow you to make a life-changing impact on people with MDD symptoms.
Your main responsibility is to connect with our stakeholders (psychiatrists, nurses, and all other relevant partners) and provide them information & support on our products and expertise in field of Psychiatry. The objective is to improve the care for patients, in which our newly launched therapy can play a pivotal role.
An efficient and result-oriented account plan, which you lead, will support the daily visits and activities of both yourself, but also your partners in the account-team. You update this action plan regularly and are the customer’s ‘conductor’; meaning that you act as the central point for your colleagues and reach the predefined goals together. Your planning skills help you to prepare your visits well and to market your products successfully, in line with the integrated marketing and sales plan. You are also able to quickly master the scientific material you have learned, and to translate it according to the needs of your individual customers. This is part of the overall customer-centric service you are seeking, in which the patient is always at the centre. You are thoroughly familiar with your products and your customers, and, in this way, achieve credibility from customers and co-workers alike. Finally, it goes without saying that you know and follow the healthcare compliance rules.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
We are hiring a passionate and experienced product specialist with high drive and dynamism, and familiarity with the hospital sector, preferably in psychiatry
Bachelor or master degree
Customer oriented: exploring the customer needs and decides/acts accordingly
Ability to work within a cross-functional teams, act as real team player and take an informal lead
Strong organizing skills and can-do mentality: working independently in the assigned region and ability to define (overarching) projects and/or needs and act upon them
Daring to challenge the status quo, internally and externally
Taking ownership of results and progression
Strong and transparent communication skills, and adjust your communication style according to the person in front of you
Mentality to learn and develop both the business as the personal skills each day
