About Our Client

Our client is an internationally renowned company providing innovative solutions (engineering, services, and products) in nuclear environment. Based in Brussels, the company is currently looking for a Project Engineer (role in the tendering and execution phase).

Job Description

As Project Engineer, you will need

  • To deal with various technical subjects (civil engineering, mechanical, maintenance or dismantling) by calling on the necessary skills (own skills, in-house group, or external). Organize, manage and execute studies to meet the objectives of the project or the call for tenders
  • To be able to challenge the studies carried out by others by taking ownership of the subjects, synthesizing the issues in order to respond effectively
  • To do consulting subcontractors/service providers: preparing and conducting the consultation, clarifying the technical aspects of the offers, selecting a subcontractor/service provider, managing the progress of the studies and ensuring that the studies are integrated into the overall project.

The Successful Applicant

  • You have a master (or similar by experience)
  • You have a relevant experience in the nuclear industry
  • You speak English or French (and eager to learn the language you don’t speak)
  • You have tendering and project management skills
