Specification and improvement of existing and new processes and projects.

· Realization of projects and process improvements within the set budgets

· Feasibility studies regarding investments and introduction of new technologies

· Support in the development of validation protocols

· Providing training and instructions on technical matters to production, technical and quality employees

· RFQ

· calculation requests and proposing alternative solutions

· Technical and practical coordination and process optimization

· Optimizing operational parameters (line speed, performance, changeover times, etc.)

· Problem finding resulting in improvement actions

· Documentation of the (new) processes by means of process descriptions, URSs, FAT/SAT, setting instructions, operating instructions, preventive maintenance instructions, failure analysis schedules, training schedules, validations.

· Maintaining contact with suppliers

· Developing, follow-up and keeping up to date project plans and project budgets

· Actively participating in continuous improvement processes

· Taking appropriate actions (correcting, informing, shutting down machines, etc.) in the event of deviating quality or incorrect functioning of safety measures

· Applying the quality system regarding Change Requests and CAPAs (Providing support to the quality department in defining CAPAs, translating these CAPAs into actions, carrying out and following up these actions).
