Description:
This role, driven by the Cybersecurity department within the CM-MC group, focuses on
implementing necessary ICT and security measures to comply with NIS2 regulations. It
involves expanding the existing ISO27K policy to meet these requirements while aligning
with other compliance frameworks such as DORA, COBIT, and KSZ minimum standards.
The Project Managerwill lead this initiative, conducting an as-is analysis, designing the to-
be model, developing a migration plan, and overseeing implementation in collaboration with
the Security & ICT departments.
Key Responsibilities
Define the as-is, to-be model, and migration planwith key stakeholders.
Ensure the desired outcomes using an agile approach.
Facilitate smooth collaboration between stakeholders with a strong focus on results.
Report to relevant governance bodies, including the Security Committee, ICT
Management, and Risk Committee.
Main Tasks
Project Coordination:Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle.
Security & Compliance Measures:Define necessary actions for essential services in
compliance with NIS2.
ISO27K Mapping:Align NIS2 requirements with ISO27K standards.
Initiative Planning:Define initiatives, features, and user stories to achieve objectives.
Timeline & Execution:Develop a timeline and lead the implementation of defined
initiatives.
Team Management:Assemble and guide the implementation team.
Risk & Budget Control:Monitor value, budget, and risk factors.
Acceptance Criteria:Define and track key acceptance criteria.
Governance Alignment:Ensure alignment with governance bodies and regulatory
requirements.
Additional Responsibilities
Support DORA complianceinitiatives, leveraging synergies between NIS2 and
DORA.
Candidate Profile
Strong knowledge of ISO27K and NIS2(DORA and COBIT knowledge is a plus).
Hands-on, no-nonsense mentalitywith a proactive approach.
Excellent analytical and synthesis skillswith a critical mindset.
Outcome-driven leaderwith the ability to guide teams toward results.
Native-level Dutch or French, with a good command of English.
