Key Responsibilities

  • You maintains and continuously improve the quality management system in line with the business needs and compliant with the required standards and regulations for that region and/or division.
  • You act as owner of Quality policies, procedures and instructions in line with ISO standard.
  • Managing documentation control system and reviewing/proposing/leading documentation in control improvement initiatives.
  • You facilitates improvements and corrective actions (CAPA) with main focus on process improvements.
  • You ensure the promotion of awareness of applicable regulatory and QMS requirements throughout the organization.
  • You manage external certification audits for ISO13485/ISO9001. Manage contract, invoices and communication with certification body.
  • Managing the internal audit program, in terms of planning, coordinating and conducting internal audits is also part of your scope.
    • You identify training needs and organize training to meet quality standards and maintain internal auditors training records.

Your Profile

  • At least 3 years of experience in QAQMS management (in depth understanding of QMS requirements to achieve ISO9001, ISO13485 and ISO19011 and regulatory requirements)
  • Certification training for quality management systems internal auditor and experience in internal auditing against QMS
  • Experience in coordination of external audits (certification bodies or customers)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, listening skills and able to cope with stressful situations
  • Solution oriented and E2E continuous improvement attitude
  • Well understanding of Quality organizational knowledge
  • Sound judgment and high level of integrity and ethics
    • Influencing skills and experience in coordinating change management or improvement projects
