The ideal candidate is a proficient Quality Assurance Officer with a solid understanding of pharmaceutical processes and a passion for maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and possess strong interpersonal skills, this opportunity may be perfect for you.

  • You develop an in-depth understanding of customer needs and maintain long-term relationships that optimize cooperation.
  • You represent the company towards customers, ensuring their interests while maintaining compliance.
  • You drive product release while securing patient safety and adherence to regulatory standards.
  • You review critical documentation, including batch records and change control documents.
  • You coordinate and document the production process qualification, leading the creation of relevant protocols and reports.
  • You contribute to other quality documentation, overseeing qualification activities and drafting annual product review files.
  • You develop quality awareness within the company through constructive communication and collaboration.

Requirements

  • You have a Master in Science (Pharmacist, Chemist, Bio-engineer, Industrial Engineer, etc.) with 2-5 years of experience in a quality function within the pharmaceutical or related industries.
  • You possess strong knowledge of GMP standards and pharmaceutical processes.
  • You have excellent project management skills.
  • You are a good communicator in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
  • You are proficient in software applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with knowledge of SAP and SharePoint being a plus.
  • You have the ability to oversee all processes with a helicopter view.
  • You can effectively manage pressure and deadlines while setting the right priorities.
