A global leader company active in the metals industry, based in the South of Antwerp area, is looking for a Quality Manager to support production and quality team.

As Quality Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing internal and external audits through which you advice management team
  • Monitoring compliance
  • Providing customer support and guaranteeing customer satisfaction
  • Improving product quality
  • Supporting teams concerning quality and provide them with trainings and evaluation
  • Submitting weekly reports on quality

The ideal candidate for the position of Quality Manager holds a bachelor’s or master’s in Industrial Engineering and several years of experience as Quality Manager. Experience leading a team, knowledge of project management and experience with production environment are required. Ability to work with ERP, CAQ system and have knowledge of QMS system (SO 9001, EN9100 or IATF 16969) is also important.

Fluency in Dutch and English is mandatory.
