About Our Client

The company is a well-known fashion brand. It operates on an international level. They are looking for a new enthusiastic Receptionist and Administrative Support for their team in Brussels.

Job Description

Your responsabilities will be to:

  • Greet clients and be at their service
  • Direct clients to the right meeting room and support them with the administrative follow-ups
  • Answer calls, take accurate messages
  • Deal with incoming mails, answer them or direct them to right person
  • Organize meetings including planning, catering, room/virtual conference set-ups, logistic support, and administrative support
  • Support the different teams in their daily administrative tasks (e.g. Marketing, HR, Office management...)
  • Assist with special projects and events

The Successful Applicant

  • English on a professional level
  • Dutch and/or French on a fluent level
  • Ability to multitask, be flexible and reactive
  • Service-oriented, enthusiastic
  • Organized and good communication skills
  • Open-minded and curious
